This is not a phone support forum. Go to samsung's web site and look around for information.

You should have a "update" option in the phone settings, use that. Aside from that, the cell service provider you use would have the files needed. I would not get it directly from samsung, many vendors have a custom build of the files and using a basic one from the hardware maker can cause issues.
