Upgrade GPU on laptop

Hi,

I have an aspire nitro v. 17 with i7 (4270) 16 gb ram and SSD dirves. On another post I wrote how I am building a new desktop.

I am also looking into upgrading this laptop.

Does anyone have experience in upgrading the GPU of a laptop like this? I was thinking to see if I can swap the 860m with the mobile edition of 1070 when it comes out, or a 980m.

on that model, the GPU is soldered to the board. not really a way to upgrade it.
