Upgrading laptop screen?

I have a dell g3 I want to upgrade the screen for. I found this 120 hz screen that should be a decent upgrade from my 60 hz screen especially for overwatch. I would not say it's a good idea but if you found someplace that said the screen will work, feel free to try it, it's your system.
