Upsampling DVD

I am interested in getting a DVD player that can upsample to 1080p (I'll take 1080i if I have to though). Does anyone here have one that they can recommend to me? I am interested mostly in image quality and not to concerned with other features. I would be particularly interested in the $100-$200 range though higher wouldn't neccesarily be out of the question.

P.S. I have no interest in HD-DVD or Blu-ray right now, and I probably won't be interested for a few years.

I am unaware of DVD players that do that...they might, im just not aware of them. However i know that Recievers will upsample like this.

Yamaha RXV2600 does this, but thats not excaclty in you price range.
