USB device not recognized (several messages)

Hello, I have a Toshiba notebook, and lately, whenever I turn it on, the message of "usb device not recognized" appears repeatedly, at least 10 times, when I have nothing connected. And the same happens with the sound of connecting a usb or diconnecting it (sounds several times). Should I ask a technician??

No external monitor or anything, I think I would start by ensuring the USB ports are clean (compressed air works good for that) since it may be caused by some conductive matter in one of the ports. If, after clearing the ports, the issue persists, then I'd take it to a tech (I'd suspect a USB port or controller is faulty at that point).
