Using an HDMI splitter and HDMI to dual Ethernet adapter. Satellite works but PS4 doesn't

I currently have a non-powered male HDMI in dual HDMI female out adapter. On one female output I have a HDMI cable going to my living room tv. The other female output is attached to a male HDMI in dual Ethernet out sender which both ports are attached to 75 foot of CAT 6 RJ45 Ethernet cable. The ethernet cable terminates to another dual Ethernet cable in HDMI out received which is attached to another tv.

I am getting audio and 1080p picture with the satellite on both TV's, but with the PS4 I get a gray screen and a no input message on TV2 while TV1 has audio and 1080p video. Does it sound like I need a powered HDMI in to Ethernet out adapter and if so does it need to be a single Ethernet or dual Ethernet adapter?

The CAT converter is likely powered via the 5v on the HDMI cable. I would prefer one with it's own power supply myself but it does work since TV2 does work with the sat box. You can try it by connecting the HDMI out of the PS4 directly to it.
I am surprise you got the passive HDMI splitter to work. They usually don't. If the PS4 works when you connect it as above I would try getting an active HDMI distribution amp.
You may also need some kind of EDID device if the TVs don't support the same resolution..
