uTorrent app slows down to less than 1kb, help.

I got uTorrent on my phonr and any torrent I get will go up to max speed and once it peeks it goes down to 1kb and below and has no ETA. Any help? I couldn't seem to find the right thread to post.

Check if the Bandwidth Management is checked in the Utorrent Settings. If it is enabled, Disable it. Then Restart the App and then try.

Maybe it's not utorrent. Maybe it's not your internet. But the file you are trying to download. If there are no seeders...
I suggest you look for a different place to download that file. Or if it is a file from a friend. Tell that friend to keep utorrent - pc online.

I agree with Black_Plague. Absence of seeders or a bad torrent file can also cause issue with downloads. Better search for a better seeded torrent in another web site. Look in Extratorrent or H33T. I used to get good torrents from these.
