Hi All:
I have a V60S with a mobile connection kit. I'm able
to connect with both QNC and EN at 14.4K/144K with no problem,
on my laptop.
On my Clie ( Sony PalmOS PDA ), however, it's a different
story. Again, I can connect to QNC with no problem. However,
it appears that the only speed I can use with EN is 19.2K,
for the PDA->phone connection. As far as I can tell, the
phone's serial interface only runs at 19.2K - so when I
send init strings, etc, at anything higher, the phone
doesn't recognize it. Checking the communications log
on the PDA shows no responses at all for any baud rate
other than 19.2K.
I can, in fact, log into EN using the PDA-phone
connection at 19.2K, but obviously it's a huge waste,
since the throughput is severly throttled.
Any ideas? Is there some way to configure the
V60S to use a higher baud rate for anything other
than a Mobile Office connection?
Thanks,
- Rich
