VCD

Ok I really have a problem. I created a video through Windows Movie Maker and when I save the movie. It saves as some format no one has heard of. Does anyone recomend using a different editor that i can download and then I wish to save it on as a VCD and what are the requirments to making one with Roxio Easy CD Creator 5.0 Platinum. When I tried with the windows so called format i had to transfer to Mpeg but there arent any converters out there that convert from that format. I need help

When you say you created a movie in WMP what source are you using? Virtual Dub is free and is a very good editor. You can use VD to capture or convert formats. Sometime VD needs extra help from other pograms, plugins, or modifications. All this stuff is out there free but I don't understand exactly what you are trying to do so I don't know what to tell you to get.

I use my pc as a vcr and capture in mpeg and then convert to divx. Good luck.
