Verizon Cloud photo recovery problem

I and no longer with Verizon and my phone is locked and actually I don't even own that same phone anymore but it lets me download on Google Play Store the Verizon Cloud app and I get to the end and says can't be accessed at this time. And it's been saying that everyday for 5 months does anybody know how to get my pictures back

Im no longer with Verizon but when I download the Verizon cloud app it lets me get to where it's going to give me all my downloads and photos but then it says sorry you can't get in right now and I says it every time for the past 4 months. Doea anybody know what's going on
