Very strange video card error Sony Vista Laptop

Hello, I have a very strange (I'm assuming video card) error with this Sony Vaio PCG-8X2L.

It came to me with a busted screen and bad hard drive, I must have went through 6 different 17.0" screens before finding one that didn't have lines through it (I work for as a technician, screens are easily at hand, although most are pre-owned and use). After finding one that would post to the Sony load screen, it goes straight to an error I've never encountered before. I come here because I'm not quite sure how to even GOOGLE the thing.

I mean, that's not any language I know. Music symbols and the card's spade symbol? That's just.... Weird. Let me know if you guys can help, I'm still attempting to find a reason or fix. I figured I'd maximize my chances of stumbling across a fix by posting this.

Check to see if there is another language selected besides English. If there isn't then it could be bad video drivers so try reinstalling them to see if it corrects the problem.
