If you have a Replay with network connection, it would be better to
use this instead. Connect the VCR to a Replay input, do a manual
recording, then transfer that to your PC.

Chantal.. I'm unable to understand your problem or question.

"When I record the 3" What do you mean by this

To record a VHS tape on your TV-Wonder card you use the video out on the
recorder to the video in on the TV-Wonder (Click on the "Connection"
icon to switch from RF-(Antenna/Cable) in to line in) and feed the audio
to the computer's sound card. From there you are on your own, I've
never done a transfer using the TV-Wonder card

(If your recorder is not a stereo one then use a "y" cable so you feed
both sides at once on the sound card) The TV-Wonder card comes with the
adapters you need to do the sound work... You need only a standard
tripple RCA VCR cable to hook it up (And possibly that "Y" cable for audio)

But I do not know how to do a Manual Record on the TV-WOnder card, never
done one

Maybe referring to channel 3? Anyway this should not be used when both
devices have (baseband) A/V connections.

Kind of my thinking too.. This is why I gave baseband instructions

I have the video only from my Replay fed to the video in jack on the ATI
card... This is so I can use the computer's monitor to set up recordings
and such (If I wish to watch a show I have a very nice monitor plugged
in, audio and video, but for set up it's not worth firing up the big
monitor when the computer's screen is right there)

Nice card btw. The software could use a few improvements but it's a
nice card.
