I'm not sure if this is a common issue or not, but videos ALWAYS stutter when I watch them.
It really doesn't matter what it is. I could be using my computer and watching anime, or netflix, or a blu-ray. No matter what the content is, the video stutters when the camera pans. This happens on my computer, my PS3, xbox, everything. I've tried different display modes, and different displays as well. Nothing seems to do anything about it.
What the heck is going on? Do I have super vision or something? This issue is insanely annoying! I'm not sure if its a flat panel problem or not though, as I never tested it on a CRT TV as well to find out if the problem persists there too.
Is there an actual definition to what I'm experiencing?
