Videos appear on portable external HDD but not on plug in external HDD

I have a 5tb hdd which you plugin though nothing appears on it when plugged in to the tv, though my 1tb portable hdd videos do appear

Hi there tommybc,

Most probably you are facing this issue due to some limitation of your TV. Check what is the format of your 1TB drive. Most probably your 5TB HDD file format is not supported.
If they are the same format, most probably your TV does not support bigger drives. You can check this on the manual.
