When I put my video into any editing software (Virtualdub, movavi, Windows movie maker) It is slowed down to and extreme amount maybe not even a frame per second. The audio is okay in Movavi it plays along all fine but it is very choppy just like the video in virtualdub. The videos are compressed that I am putting into the editing software

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!

FPS of 120 is a lot. Try converting the video using 60 or 30 instead. Tell us if you have any problems

Are you saying I should convert it with handbrake into 60 or 30 fps? Will that lower the quality?

It depends on the game but theres a good chance it could. probably for your video there might be a slight decrease but not anything too noticeable.

UPDATE: actually i converted the video to 30 fps just to test things and it still is choppy. most likely what you will have to do is do the recording @ 60 fps. if thats laggy try 30fps. What video recording program do you use>. try changing the recording settings if u do record at 120fps

Woups didn't mean to choose it yet. Anyway I don't really know a good program so I'm trying movavi. I record with fraps at 120 because if I go any lower it drops my frames to that level. Any suggestions?

Okay I tried setting the fps lower, It helped but it is still pretty choppy even at 30 fps that might be because my computer slowed down to 30 fps. Any more ideas to prevent my FRAPS from slowing down BF4 just to record at 30fps?

The site doesn't seem to be working it keeps saying "Timed out while waiting for applet to load." Im pretty sure my monitor refresh rate is not the problem.
