Hi, i downloaded the catchem pokemon go bot from github. But Windows Defender detects "Trojan:Win32/fethar.c!cl". What is this trojan, is it bad or false positiv?

Yes its bad, a trojan is a virus that disguises itself as something else in order to do malicious things on your computer. Hence the name, its named after the greek troops who sneaked into the city of troy in a giant wooden horse they claimed was a gift. From what im reading that particular trojan is quite nasty it messes with the registry and can install programs without you knowing to create a backdoor on your computer and possibly allow remote control.

there must be some mistake here.
