Visio surround sound, Panasonic, Sony blueray and Fire stick and get no sound help please

I have everything plugin where is should be and still now sound. Did a speaker test and that works but when a movie is playing it stops??

If you provide model numbers of what you have, someone may figure it out. If you draw a connection diagram, it will be even better.
