I’m looking to spend not much more than 500$ on a laptop. I want to use it for social media, Streaming videos, music, taxes, rollercoaster tycoon and web browsing. Would Lenovo Ideapad 310 15.6" A10-9600P / 12GB RAM / 1TB HD / AMD Radeon R5 Graphics / Windows 10 Laptop (80ST005UUS) be a good option for me?
Is the graphics card any good? How does it compare to laptops running intel?

Was also considering Acer Aspire E 15.6” (intel core i3-7100u/1tb hdd/8gb ram/win 10)

Solution
The AMD A10-9600P and the Intel i3-7100u are more or less similar in both processor performance and integrated graphics performance.

You can buy the Acer Aspire E 15 E5-575-33BM at Amazon for $349. It only has 4GB of RAM so you need to purchase and install a stick of 4GB DDR4 RAM to get a total of 8GB for another $45 bringing the total to $394.

Rollercoaster tycoon would be the most demanding task of them all...and it doesn’t require too much resources. I was going to say get a chrome book, but the Acer one will do just fine for your tasks.

Not sure if that breaks the bank, but it’s pretty good, user won’t be using more than 500 gigs for web browsing and a game or two. And it’s at SSD speeds vs traditional hdd speeds. And just better overall specs.
