Wave Volume and Pop-ups

My wave volume automatically get's lowered to the minimum and I'll get random pop-ups in IE when I have no browsers open (I use Google Chrome too). How do I fix this?

Boot into Safe Mode With Networking, Download & Install
1.Malwarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org

or

2.Combofix
http://www.combofix.org/

Run a full Scan & Remove the Threats & try again after restarting in normal mode.
