Websites look weird

This happens with most websites and its very weird? Any solutions would be a help. It is worth noting that i have reset my cache and cookies and also uninstalled and reinstalled flash player

That just means that the site is loaded properly, and something is blocking it. Do you have a third party firewall or something? I have McAfee Suite and sometimes it breaks websites. You can try and go into Incognito mode (CTRL+SHIFT+N) and try to access the website and see if you get the same issue.

The only thing i have is the windows default ones. I went into incognito and it didn't help.
