Question Weird fan noise

Hi my Acer Nitro 5 has been making an unusual fan noise that ive never heard it make. this happens even when im not running anything big. the fans don't make that much of a sound but i can still hear it slightly without going right up them. is this normal or do i need to take it to repairs? (the laptop is around 2 weeks old)

If its still a smooth whoosh sound, it's normal. If it's grinding, clanking, clicking, it's not.
