What channel the cisco cable service has to be on to play ps4

I'm haveing a hard time trying to figure out what channel my Cisco cable has to be on to play the ps4 on a old panasonic tv... Everything is hooked up right but I don't know what channel to put it on

U would plug in your ps4 directly into the TV and not to the set-top box?
