what do I type in in the "use manual proxy server settings"?

I'm using the Nokia Recovery Tool and it won't connect to a network, can someone please help me to retrieve the information I need for it to connect?

If you don't know what a Proxy is, you aren't using one. If that tool has directed you to Internet Options, ignore that and look a little further up the form then tick "Automatically detect settings." Click Apply then OK your way out and restart the computer.

If you just want to connect the phone to your own wireless network, just find it in the list and enter the wireless security key.
