what happen with my laptop

I have a dell vostro 5470 laptop. When i rendering in AF it freeze then i keep power button to shut down, but when i press power button it wont turn on and battery led flash 1 time, when i plug changer it also flash 1 time. What with my laptop? Sorry for my bad English

According to Dell (reference here http/www.dell.com/support/article/aw/en/awdhs1/SLN291532/EN ) that indicates a Motherboard, BIOS, or ROM failure.
I'll suggest a reset - with battery removed and power adapter unplugged, press and hold power button for ~30 seconds - put battery back in, plug in adapter, attempt to power on then.
If still nothing, try removing ram for ~15 seconds and then putting it back in, try again, see where you get
