What's a router and how do I access it

My RCA/dvd tablet was factory reset and now I can't access Google or any apps. When I hit any apps I have to keep pushing the touchscreen many times then I get the Wi-Fi on but it will not connect with internet instead it says authentication problem also no connection to internet at all..I'm asking for help thanx

Sounds like you are missing correct log in info and correct passwords. We cannot assist in bypassing anything like this. You will need to remember that information, or get it from the original owner.
