my laptop won't open anything and when I am start any app , music ,videos then laptop wrote their the application was unable to start correctly

From what Ive read, best way is to reinstall windows.
Also backup your data,
First go type in start and delete everything in %temp% folder then go backup data in %appdata% folder (it will open first in local or roaming, just click in quick search where says c:\yourusername\appdata\roaming select appdata and backup 3 folders).
