Where can I find a program that would allow me to manuallyl override a song's original name, artist and album image?

Hi all,

I'm looking for a program that would allow me to take a song, and override the name, artist and album cover of the song to my desires.

I nearly always listen to music from my phone, and I've been collecting lots of music over the years, downloading it from different sites and with multiple plugins over that time, which ended up with the older songs having no ablum covers, only recieving the default "note" picture given to it by the phone. http/imgur.com/a/bkB0C

This bugs me, as this consist of half of my songs and its not consistant enough with the other album covers which usually come from songs that I've downloaded not long ago. I want to find a program that would allow me to add a custom image to the song with no image, or override a existing album image that the song already has. I also have songs which images' are blurry, pixelated and just bad looking. I assume the album cover was taken from the thumbnail of the video I dowloaded it from and it just used that as the album cover. I want to change that too in the same fashion as adding a existing image to a song that doesn't have one. http/imgur.com/a/3MLmT

As another reason I want to manually add custom images to my songs is because silly stuff like this happens: http/imgur.com/a/MkHfL

I need to find this kind of program to allow me to change the name of the song and have it keep that name.
It happens way too often where I download the song and it's name is something like "Blingy Blango plays the Banjo - Jimmy Pringles (Remix by BumMan9000, re-remixed by tootifrooti [Club Version] {gone sexual} -どこにもないファックの途中で- )."

I change the title to something small and actually legible by a human being, save it, transfer it to my phone, and once on my phone, it regains the original title of the song just to annoy me. I want to forcefully override the song's name to the legible version and have it keep that even if I put it on my phone.

So, where do I even begin to search for a program that would allow me to do such things?

tl;dr: Looking for a program that allows me to forcefully change a downloaded song's name and add a custom album cover.
