Which AVG components to install

I have been using AVG Free for a few years now but have never bothered to mess around with the other components available for it. What I'm talking about is when installing AVG, choosing Custom Installation will give you a few options: Email Protection, Identity, & Web Browsing.

I usually uncheck them all and just install the core program but recently wondered if these other components were worth having. Does anyone know how well they work and if I should install them?

I have the free basic AVG 2014 - the custom options if selected will work fine but will be a stepping stone to sell you the paid version.
