Which is a better deal ?

Hi guys, I am going to purchase a laptop, Lenovo Thinkpad series E450.

From there, I've two options:

i) Processor: i5 -5th Generation, No discrete graphics card.

ii) Processor: i5 -4th Generation, ATI Radeon Graphics card.

The laptop will be used for development purpose, and not gaming.
Might watch movies sometimes, but no hardcore gaming will be done on the laptop.

Applications that I'll use on the machine are Android Studio, Geny-Motion, Visual Studio, Eclipse, Netbeans and some Photoshop work from time to time.

Which of these two will be a better deal for me?

Graphics aside, the processors are so similar, I would just get the cheaper one.
