Which laptop for Sims 3?

which laptop is better for playing the sims 3 with a few expansion packs..? and maybe cities: skylines, and sims 4? also do you think i would be able to play on mid settings..?

my budget is low so yeah.. (400~€)

If you're going to play The Sims with expansions, I highly advise an SSD. Load times on those games are garbage.

The first one is better as it has a slightly more powerful gpu than the first.
