Which of this laptops would you recomend?

I dont know which of these laptop is better,
acer with i5 5200U and Nvidia 940m (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834315131&ignorebbr=1)

i5 5200u with gt940m is easily better ! however wont suffice for 1080p gaming especially with the newer tittles.! for general use though and some light gaming, i would still prefer it!
