Which One Should I Get?

So I am getting a budget Computer for $698AU and I need to choose one.

DeskTop:
CPU: A6-7310
RAM: 16GB's DDR3
GPU: N/A

or

Laptop:
CPU: i5 6200U
RAM: 8GB's DDR4
GPU: R5 430M

I am possibly going to go for the laptop because of the included screen, keyboard, wifi but would the desktop be better?

If you have to take your computer to different places then go with laptop otherwise buy a desktop because they are easy to upgrade.

The question is do you need portability. Desktops can be upgraded more easily and their cooling is much better. Also what are you going to use the machine for?
