Which would be the best upgrade for this old laptop?

Hello,

I have a laptop with Intel Pentium P6200, 4GB 1333Mhz RAM, regular 5400RPM HDD

I was thinking to upgrade the CPU to I5-560M, and leave the rest

Is it a good idea? Or you suggest something else? Maybe SSD instead of the CPU? RAM is probably enough. Tight budget, that's why I am saying SSD or CPU and not both, unless you got some good deal.
