Why are my Android games laggy and freezes?

My games are always lagging or freezes sometimes.I have fifa mobile and it's lagging quite a bit.I also recently downloaded marvel future fight and it's very laggy and it freezes.Its so unbearble.

I downloaded the CPU identifier app:

MODEL logic X5 lite2
CPU 1.3ghz 4 cores
GPU 400MP single core
RAM MEMORY MODULE 512mb ddr 459mb usable(8gb RAM written on box)

look like a low end phone. try removing any unused app, other then that not much.
