Hey guys,

I have a lenovo laptop z51-40 with core i5 5200u cpu, 8 gegs of ram, amd radeon r9 m375 with 4 gegs of memory and windows 10 pro.

my laptop has heating issues while gaming as it can exceed 80 c for the cpu and gpu and this happens after starting the game by 5 minutes only.

While idle , the temp is about 41 c for cpu and 45 for gpu as shown by speccy.

I was at a laptop store 2 days ago and I found a new lenovo model just like my laptop in design and color but with higer specs except for the Gpu. Lenovo downgraded the Gpu to R7 m360.

I searched and found that r7 m360 is weaker than my r9 m375.
So, what do you think, guys? is my laptop Gpu is a bad one so lenovo decided to go for the weaker gpu?

You are just looking at a different model laptop than the one you have. I'm sure if you look at the exact model number they won't match. Both of those video cards are from the same generation.
