Will gta 5 run on dell with Intel i5 processor 8 gb ram and Windows 8 plus no graphic card

Only with the integrated it will be very slow even at lowest settings and smallest resolution.
The laptop will not get damaged unless it get's too hot but even then the laptop protects itself by slowing down.

So you're on a laptop? This means to me you have an integrated graphics card. Most likely by Intel. The i5 should suffice during GTA V play however the integrated graphics card will suffer during your gaming experience. By the way, laptops cannot get damaged (unless you chuck them off a building).

No graphics card? Impossible. You can't do that because how would you get good graphics and also you would have to modify the game to the lowest settings you can get it to.
