Solved! Windows 7 cd dvd not found

Hello,
dvd/cd vanished when installed dell printer/scanner drivers . HELP

Is it still showing in the list at Control Panel>System>Device Manager and does it have a yellow mark beside it. If so, right click it and go to Properties then click on Update Driver.

I have the same problem. When I click on Update driver a msg
says the driver you have is ok. But, dvd does not work and another
msg says device disabled and I do not know how to enable it.
