Windows and Productive applications installation

Hello, I just bought an M.2 SSD 250 GB with crazy write/read speeds for my computer, well i already got an sata III 128 gb ssd with normal speeds, i 'd like to know where should i install windows and where the photoshop , lightroom, etc.

The vast majority of systems worldwide have a single drive, for everything.

OS and all/most applications should go on your new 250GB drive. Applications don't take up that much space, but trying to use a 128GB for that will be a pain.
Use the 128GB SSD for the files you create with the applications.

You'll need another drive before too long...:)

Could it be a problem if both os and applications run simultaneously at the same drive? Is there any noticable difference in the os's speed?
