I' ve recently changed my motherboard and CPU and after that Windows started crashing and was unstable. I decided to reinstall Windows completely and even after that it was acting strange. Now it doesn't crash as often but I can't install neither Geforce Experience nor drivers, refresh rate is incorrect and I can't change it, and after I downloaded and installed Steam it worked fine for once then it started saying there is a dll file missing. When I try to run sfc /scannow it says that it found some corrupt files but was unable to fix them. What is wrong? Is my new hardware the problem? PS. I changed from ASUS Z270H Gaming to Gigabyte Aorus Elite B450 and from i5 7500 to Ryzen 7 2700X.
