Windows tablet gaming

can i run normal games in windows tablet like i got many old pc games but goes the tablet support them. my friend told i can install game and program such as itunes and other thru flashdrive
i dont know too much about windows tablet
does it possible

A regular cheap windows tablet is equipped with atom CPUs, they will be able to play older games at low settings like portal or very old games on higher settings.
