Wireless speakers throughout my home

Say I wanted to set up 3 or 4 wireless speakers around my home. Is there a set that connect to each other so they could play the same music at the same time? I want to set it up so I can stream the music from my phone and it plays around the house. No clue how much anything like that would cost so let's say my budget it $150-200(?)

By wireless speakers are you meaning little Bluetooth speakers like Beats Pill, or do you mean wireless bookshelf speakers??

Even with $1000 budget getting good performance out of wireless speakers would be a challenge.

The proper/reliable way to do this is to have wired in-wall or in-ceiling speakers hard wired to a receiver/amp, preferably one that has network/wifi and then you could just stream music to it via wifi.

Simple BT speakers are not designed for multiroom setup so you can't pair your phone to more than one at a time. Systems like Sonos, DTS Play etc are out of your price range.
