Won't power up

When I power my Acer aspire 7560 fans come on DVD turns then it shuts down? What can cause this

Overheating cpu for example. Check if your fans are clean. Or bad battery. Take battery out and try with only Power cable.
And if doesnt work take powercable and battery off and Press and hold Power button for 1 full minute to drain current off motherboard caps
