x502c stuck boot loop

hi my asus x502c has been stuck in boot loop and wont get out of it.
i've tried everything, from launch csm to reboot it, to pressing f12 etc etc. basically nothing works at all. do i need a recovery disk or something and if so what one.

Hi there,

Did you try the safe-mode ???
if you didn't, you can start it with F8 and choose "Safe mode" then you need to logon with an Admin-account (usually yourself or "Administrator").
once logged on choose to reboot your PC. Let us know if that solves it, if not we need to go on repairing with an Original WindowsCD/DVD (with your exact version).
