Just suddenly my laptop battery won't charged. It is plugged in. The problem with this make is the battery is built in.

Well, all batteries should be removable, but that doesn't mean they are 'easily' removed. They make some of them a real hassle to do.

If the device is under warranty still, then you should contact the manufacturer rather than trying to do the work or getting someone to do it for you, as that would void the warranty.

You could also try checking to see if the power cord is the problem. Rather than the battery. Try a different charger cord, or try charging it when the laptop is turned off.
