Another question: Why not?

I think it would be fun to do a project like this.

Would you have asked that same question when somebody decided to make a laptop? Innovation and invention drives the world.

I would love to have that for when I'm traveling for work.

I was about to say it would be awesome to give it batteries for playing on a plane but somehow I don't think the airlines would let me carry on two car batteries to run that power brick. =P

Wouldn't it been better to get a LCD that had a HDMI port. So you could run the audio through the HDMI Port and through the monitor speakers and then just Modify it go through the low-profile speakers?

[citation][nom]Kryan[/nom]my question: when it goes all RROD on your ass, where is the RR?[/citation]

.

Would not touch a X360 without the safety net of having MS replace it for free when it eventually has RROD.

Pretty cool if you ask me...he buys a $300 Elite and turns it into a laptop that would cost a few grand in stores/online. I personally would buy it if I didn't just upgrade my mobo and ram. ;)

in the listing he should have said "YES! this laptop CAN run crysis!" XD

I've seen this laptop. The student that converted/built it brought it to a career fair I was attending. It's a very impressive piece of work. The level of initiative and dedication this student showed was well above that of most students I've interviewed.

Sure, it may look bulky, but it's got everything you need to play your favorite X360 games on the go. Very cool piece of kit :)
