Y50 Keyboard DEAD in less than a month

About 2 weeks ago, I purchased a y50 from amazon/lenovo. The laptop was working fine for a bit, and then all of the sudden the keyboard stopped working. No feedback from any of the keys, including the "num lock" and "caps lock" LEDs. I plugged an external keyboard in, and that worked fine. I proceeded to reinstall the mouse and keyboard drivers and got nothing. I opened up the bottom to see if anything was loose, and didn't immediately see anything wrong, so I closed it up. I even went so far as to completely reinstall windows, and STILL nothing.

What should I do..?
