youtube videos not playing for a particular internet connection

i cannot play youtube video,when i click any video it is showing an error occured ,
but when i connected internet through another internet connection it worked,actually my other internet connection to which the youtube video is not playing worked fine 5 hours ago from now,youtube video was working without any problem,other video sites are working fine with this internet connection only youtube video is not working,why is that,why did it worked when i connected net through another interenet connection,plz any expert give me a reply,so that i can solve the issue

try typing ipconfig /release in cmd on as the adminstrator. wait a minute. type ipconfig /renew

i found cmd but is ipconfig/renew be typed after pressing enter

i have tried it but problem still exists,between i am using kaspersky antivirus can it cause the problem?
