On that device you would not be able to make the card "Internal" rather than the typical "External". This is because it runs to older version of an Android. Alas, only those running "Marshmallow", at this time, will allow for making that change. And then it will only work if the manufacturer hasn't restricted that option. Which some do/have.
The only other way I know of to 'possibly' make the change on your device is to root the phone. For help on that I suggest you visit the "Rooting, Jailbreaking & Unlocking" Forum.
