$300 budget for Laptop

I'm looking to get my mom a laptop for christmas and I have $300 to do so. She has been wanting one for personal use (watching netflix, shopping online, etc) and just needs something basic, but I want to get the most laptop I can get for the money.

Im considering this refurbished laptop with touch screen

Any advice is greatly appreciated
