64-bit XP on Intel Core i3 370M processor ?

I have a DFell Inspiron loaded with dell crap!!!
Can i run my old XP-PRO (02version) on the Intel Core i3 370M processor MOBO?
I know I'll loose memory, but I got so many XP programs
OR, can I run a 32-bit win 7?

first go to dell site and look to see if it have the drivers for the OS you are trying to install.

The processor will run pretty much any consumer OS you throw at it. But the drivers for the rest of the system may be lacking, and of course there is the memory thing if/when using 32-bit Windows.

Agreed with everyone in this thread. If dell has the drivers you need for XP then go for it.
